Attorney Princess M. Woodard is an Attorney, Author, and Tennessee Supreme Court Designated Family Law Mediator. Attorney Woodard is a Partner with the firm, currently serving as the Managing Partner for the Family Law, Social Security Disability, and Alternative Dispute Resolution divisions of the firm.  Attorney Woodard is a native Memphian and proud graduate of Hamilton High School, Christian Brothers University, and the University of Memphis’ School of Law.

Attorney Woodard is exceedingly skilled in high asset, high income, self-employed spouse, and contested divorces. Additionally, she is experienced and effective in custody and visitation disputes; including victories before the Tennessee Court of Appeals. Attorney Woodard has vast and varied experience handling child support, adoption, and post-divorce matters. She is a formidable, unwavering, and never intimated opponent in the courtroom. While a true litigator with extensive trial experience, as a mediator she encourages parties to author their own settlement and control the outcome of their case.
